Who We Are
The Servant Hand is a Maryland-based charity that supports orphans, the homeless, and women in crisis. We provide education, food, housing, counseling, and coaching to those in need. Our strength lies not only in our words but also in the actions of our initiatives.
Your donations are the power behind our mission. Monthly gifts help us better calculate our budget, but gifts of every amount are a blessing! The Servant Hand is a 501 (c)(3) and all donations are 100% tax deductible.
Donations are solicited with the understanding that The Servant Hand has the ultimate discretion of how donations are used. We promise to honor your generosity and be good stewards with the funds with which you have entrusted us. The Servant Hand reserves the right to designate donated funds to the area of greatest need in our programs.

Educate Orphans

The Servant Hand ensures that all the children at the Ombeni Center Orphanage are going to school and others who reach out to us. We also supplement food and shelter which are essential for survival. However, our focus is on education because it will ensure that these children have a chance for a bright future. We believe that all children should have hope.
Eradicate Homelessness
Contributing to Local Homeless Programs
The Servant Hand support the local government's efforts to eradicate homelessness in the county. Every year, we participate in gathering Move-In Kits for those who are finished their program and are moving into an apartment.
Women in Crisis
Supporting Women Rebuild Their Lives
The Servant Hand ensures that women who are going through life crisis are taken care of wholistically, spirit, soul, and body. Through this program we counsel, coach, and guide women so that they can regain their dignity and their confidence to pursue happiness.
